Founded as a family run business in the Midlands in 2007, we’ve since grown to cover Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes, Bath, Bristol, and South Wales.

The Purely Process
Your journey from drab window dressings to stunning shutters starts with a free, no-obligation home survey. Simply request an appointment and one of our friendly diary team will arrange for a Specialist to come to your home.
Our Shutter Specialists know and love shutters, so they’ll always give you the best design advice during your survey. Provided you’re not making any changes to your windows, our Specialist will take the final measurements of your windows on the day. That’s right, there’s no need for a follow-up appointment – unless you would like one, of course.
Unlike many companies, we’ll give you a price there and then, so you’ll have all the information needed to carefully consider your purchase. We don’t believe in a hard sell here at Purely Shutters. We want you to be totally comfortable with your decision to proceed.
Once you’ve decided to buy, we’ll get to work on your made-to-measure shutters. A fitting appointment will then be scheduled with your local shutter specialist at a time that works for you. This is typically around 10-12 weeks later for our hardwood shutters, or approximately 4 weeks for our UK-made faux wood shutters.
Your Shutter Specialist who measured up will return to fit your shutters. Thereafter, your shutters will be there for you to enjoy for years to come. Plus, you’ll have added peace of mind with our comprehensive 10-year guarantee included as standard.
